Samsung Galaxy Note 9 spotted in new hands-on video

In a week’s time, Samsung will lift the curtains from its second flagship device, the Galaxy Note 9, at their annual  “Unpacked” event in New York. In the run-up to the event, we have already read a lot of rumours and claims about the features as well as specifications of the Note 9. From the S-Pen's Bluetooth capabilities to thinner bezels and cameras, we have heard it all. In a latest development, UK-based online smartphone accessory marketplace, MobileFun, has posted a video allegedly showing a Galaxy Note 9 device, leaving pretty much nothing to the imagination. The alleged Galaxy Note 9 seen in the video may be a fake or just a dummy. We say this because the phablet in the video is not ‘Switched On’. If the device shown in the video is believed to be the ‘real’ Galaxy Note 9, then it confirms everything we already know. Firstly, the phone is a black coloured device and looks exactly like its predecessor, the Galaxy Note 8. It has Samsung’s flagship curved display design where the “Infinity Display” melts on the sides of the phone. There are very thin bezels on the top and bottom. On the right side, there is a button which is presumed as the power button. On the left, there is a volume rocker and a dedicated Bixby button. When the person in the video, flips the phones, you can immediately notice the change in camera module. The fingerprint sensor has been moved under the dual-cameras -- just like the South Korean company did with the Galaxy S9+. There is a “Galaxy Note 9” branding on the back. Interestingly, the page on which the e-store had shared the video has Galaxy Note 9 covers for sale. This design exactly matches one that has been reported in several news pieces. When it comes to the specifications, so far we know that the phone is expected to feature a 6.3-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display and it could to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 chipset in the US. In countries other than US, Samsung is expected to put an Exynos 9810 chipset in the smartphone. It is expected to feature a dual-rear camera setup with two 12MP sensors. At the front, the device could offer an 8MP camera. The fingerprint sensor is on the back which is said to be placed below the camera module. The S-Pen stylus is tipped to offer Bluetooth connectivity to control music and group photos. A recent leaked poster also unveiled the price of the phone.
